Nordic Product Manager

Job Description Overview:
In your role as Product Manager, you will be a key member of the Nordic Marketing and T&E team. You will work closely with other functions within the region and collaborate with global colleagues to build the brand and drive sales.
You will be part of driving the commercial performance and marketing activities of the various product portfolios incl. product management, LCM, launches and development of sales-and marketing tools to drive growth and profitability. You will have close contact with our key speakers to develop and execute on various lead-generated initiatives.
Job Description Details:
• Develop or adapt sales- and promotional campaigns and coach sales teams on current and new products to ensure excellent product delivery in all communication channels.
• Act as a product ambassador, liaises with internal stakeholders, regional teams, and key accounts to strengthen therapy insights and utilize peer-to-peer experiences.
• Analyze market trends, identify competitive landscape and customer requirements to find new business opportunities and support product- and portfolio positioning
• Accountable for new product introductions including go-to-market plans for new products, existing products (product push) and phase out products in cooperation with global functions
• Connect with top customers and key influencers to understand market needs
• Work closely with the training and education team to jointly plan and ensure high level educations and events.
• Work on business plans to set strategies and tactics to generate sales for various targets.
Critical Qualifications:
• +5 years of experience working with marketing within the pharmaceutical- or dental industry in one or more of the Nordic countries
• Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent college diploma in a relevant field
• Experience in providing training and coaching in cross-functional teams
• Experience to work close with sales team and customers
• Proficient in MS office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
