The collaboration between otolaryngologists and dental providers is essential for
successful maxillary sinus elevation (MSE). This webinar emphasizes the importance
of preoperative evaluations like CT scans and nasal endoscopy to identify sinonasal
risks. A grading system is proposed to improve patient selection and outcomes through

to aid in the selection of patients and improve outcomes through a structured approach to
managing sinonasal conditions prior to MSE.
